I cannot recommend Cambridge Street Dental Practice highly enough – especially Angelie. My 3-year-old had an accident at nursery and lost two teeth, and from the moment we arrived, Angelie was incredibly friendly, gentle, and reassuring. She immediately put my son at ease and showed such patience, professionalism, and genuine care throughout the appointment.As a first-time mum facing a very distressing situation, I was also feeling overwhelmed, but Angelie took the time to support and reassure me too, which meant so much. Thanks to her kindness and approach, my little boy now actually looks forward to his visits — the highlight is always earning a special sticker at the end!Every member of staff I’ve met at Cambridge Street Dental Practice has been warm, welcoming, and thoroughly professional. The environment is calm, clean, and very child-friendly. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially parents with young children.

I highly recommend this dental practice if you want excellent treatment. The staff are amazing - so polite, caring, and gentle when calling. My dentist, Maida, and her assistants are always welcoming, clearly explain everything, and make you feel comfortable. The clinic itself is very tidy and pleasant too. Five ⭐️

My dentist Maida Sohail is absolutely brilliant. Not only a good dentist but on a routine visit she spotted a lesion on the side of my nose. Using her knowledge she referred me to a specialist. Thanks god she did as the lesion turned out to be pre cancerous and would have turned into a nasty cancer. Her actions possibly saved my life. Thank you so much Dr Sohail.

Always good experience with Angelie! She’s fantastic with my children particularly my autistic daughter. She is also great with nervous adults! I know many do not like going to the dentist but having Angelie as our dentist makes it feel much less of a chore! Professional service and clean practise. Thank you!

I have been attending this dental practice since it took over from the previous owner.I have always found all the staff very friendly and helpful.My dentist Dr Mitul Patel is very professional and has always advised on the best treatments for me and they have been provided at this very dental practice.I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have had two teeth removed recently by Mrs. Jainee Sumaria-Vora. During each procedure I felt no pain and very little pain during recovery ( I didn't even need painkillers) and her treatment of me was outstanding. Her skill level is remarkable. I can honestly say she is the best dentist I have seen in my 54 years of life. All the best and thank you.

Excellent care and compassion shown throughout my treatment as I have a huge phobia of the dentist. Talked me through what was going to happen and regularly asked how I was doing. Did not rush me which put me at ease.

Excellent service this morning both from Dr Maida Sohail & her assistant, took so much great care taking out two of my old fillings & replacing them with new ones that I did not even need to raise my hand once in discomfort...continually asked if I was ok & gave advice on how best to continue keeping teeth in good condition.A great asset to the practice.Special mention to the reception staff too, always polite & smiling.

Cambridge street dental is the best dentists I’ve ever been to! The staff are friendly, professional and efficient as well as having a depth of knowledge to put your mind at ease. I am so grateful for the work that everyone does there, I’ve always felt safe and comfortable which matters to me most when thinking about dental treatment. I’m nervous (like most people) but every time I go I feel listened to and reassured and never made to feel like I’m being silly. Genuinely could not recommend enough!

This was an excellent experience for a dentists visit, whist it was only for a check up and cleaning I felt relaxed and welcomed. Kudos to Julia the dentist and Jess the nurse plus the reception staff for making this a stress free visit.

I cannot recommend Cambridge Street Dental Practice highly enough! From the moment you walk in, the staff make you feel so welcome and at ease. The level of care and advice from the dentists is exceptional—they truly go above and beyond. My children and I are always treated with kindness and professionalism, and they make us feel genuinely special.The practice is spotless, and the receptionists are incredibly efficient and friendly. I really appreciate the appointment reminders they send via text, in addition to the emails, to ensure we never miss an appointment.I’ve never had a negative experience here (touch wood!), and I’m confident their high standards will continue. Best service from Dr Rahman, makes visiting the dentist so much more pleasant! Angelie's customer service is outstanding, she is personable, professional and friendly! She always addresses any concerns and provides honest advice and recommendations. My husband also requested to change his dentist at the practice and since moving to Dr Rahman, he's also experienced the same level of service. Thank you Dr Rahman for all you do!

Angelie is the most incredible dentist. I first saw her with an emergency infection a few years ago, I was in a lot of pain, she was absolutely lovely and so helpful. She explained what had happened to my tooth and the possibilities of how she could fix it. She’s calm, patient and explains what she is doing throughout each stage of treatment, which I find reassuring. She’s amazing with my children, makes them feel comfortable and content going to their checkups. I am very happy with all the work she has done on both mine and my children’s teeth. Julia was also brilliant while Angelie was on Mat leave. All the staff at the practice are kind and helpful. Thank-you so much!

I took my two-year old to his first dentist appointment here and we had a good experience. Doctor Rahman was very kind and patient. I just wish they had some children's books in the waiting room to entertain little ones while waiting.

I have been going to this practice for about 6 years. I don't like going to dentist but appreciate the care the dentists show towards their patients. Hygienist is lovely and so are the reception staff. I like the reminders by text and email when an appointment is coming up. They also look after my daughter, who has a health condition which means she struggles to look after her teeth, very well. Thanks for your service keep it up!

Angeli is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is so kind and caring, she walks you through what she is doing and makes sure you are comfortable throughout. She also did my young children’s first dentist appointment, I was expecting them to get upset, but Angeli was so nice to them and went at their pace, making the whole experience fun and positive for them. Thank you so much! The reception team and dental nurses are also lovely and very helpful.

Angeline was brilliant at my emergency appointment last week. She was professional yet kind and caring too, explaining what options I had which made me feel very valued as a patient. She even made a call to a local pharmacy to check on the medication she wanted to prescribe as I had asked for it in liquid form. Despite being in agony Angeline made a very unpleasant situation as good as she could. Thank you!

My appointment was on time. Reception staff were very friendly. My appointment was with Dr Julia. This is a genuine review! She is the best dentist I ever had in my life. Usually numbing injections hurts sooo much. She did it painlessly and fixed my tooth in no time. I was told what is going to happen each time she was working on my tooth. Her assistant was very nice too. Best dentist experience. Thank you so much.

Plucked up the courage to get my teeth sorted once and for all and I am so glad I did, the dentist and her assistant were exceptionally professional, reassuring and explained what they were doing throughout. I am a very nervous patient so was even more anxious about seeing a different dentist in the absence of my usual one. I need not have worried, the lady I saw was patient, gentle and explained everything that she needed to do, plus gave me enough anaesthetic that I literally felt nothing when she removed a broken infected tooth. Plus, on this occasion I was seen on time which is always a plus when you are nervous.

Hadn't been to a dentist for 10 years so, I was a bit nervous about going in.My dentist was great. Very professional and polite. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable.All the staff were really friendly and efficient. I was able to book my initial appointment and a follow up appointment quickly and easy.The building is modern and clean. Feels more like going to a spa than a dentist!

Phoned up at 08:20 for emergency treatment as broke tooth over the weekend and was offered an appointment at 10:40 that morning. The dentist I saw was friendly and welcoming and undertook the appropriate remedial action to repair the broken tooth. I was booked I to the same practise the following month to determine whether any further action is necessary.First rate service all round, hence the 5* rating.

Would like to write a review of my experience, as someone with anxieties and learning difficulties, the dentist and assistant i saw where so lovely and so patient with me.They have been two emergancy appointments, i am not a registered patient yet, but they have been so reassuring, explained what was wrong and what was needed to be done clearly, they also said if i needed to be seen again to call in and arrange to be seen even though i wasnt a registered patient.Kind and patient with clientsClear and Informative,Didn't feel pressured or rushed.Are happy to see me again and answer any questions if needed.Wish i could name the two staff that saw me, but they deserve recognision for the wonderful services they provided, as well as the staff at the desk who have been patient with me when i've phoned up and came in to ask questions as well.

Very kind and helpful. Dr Shah is amazing and deserves a raise. I was super scared and she was explaining every single thing to me without sounding condisending. Both of the ladies were amazing I didn't catch the other ladies name but she let me squezze the life out of her hand wich I'm thankful for.I had a very difficult removal but we got there thankfully. They seem to be amazing with the urgency of your request and seem to care that I am in pain. Honestly all of these people need a raise I for once feel like they aren't just after my money!!!

I had an excellent appointment today with hygeinist Olivia DeBanks. I had heavy brown stains on my teeth following a spell in hospital and an extended period of medication. The stains were completely removed in one session ( I had tried to clean them myself without success) I am amazed at how clean my teeth are now. Thank you!

On the 19th January 2022 I called at 8am to book an emergency appointment. The receptionist was exceptionally polite and patient over the phone. Unfortunately they were fully booked. 15m later I got a call back with an appointment for 12pm. The dentist and the dentist assistant were very polite and professional, explaining everything they were doing. I'm scared off dentists due to previous experiences but today I felt comfortable and at ease. Massive thank you to all the staff.

Staff are very patient Friendly and are very keen to help everyone, i have been going to this dentist for years and have never had any problems. Before i started going to this dentist i was scared because i have had bad experiences at my previous dental practice but now going to the dentist for treatment doesn't bother me because this dental practice has been very patient with me and have bent over backwards to ensure that i am comfortable during treatment. Dont get me wrong but although i dont have one bad word about this dentist i do miss sara who used to work there but the dentist i see now is very nice. I wish there was more stars because if there was i would give 10 stars instead of 5 LOL

I am petrified of the dentist.Had to make an unexpected appointment which I got that day.I saw a dentist called Julia who I have not seen before.I can't tell you how fantastic she was with me.Put me at ease,took time to listen to me the treatment was given in a way I've never experienced before.She was quick yet thorough and very reasuring.I also wish to say her assistant was happy,yet calm with a cheerful approach.Thankyou so much Julia,I know I need alot of treatment in the future and because of you I will feel alot less dread than in the past 😊

Mr Patel is an excellent dentist. His engagement skills are exceptional, as are those of his assistant. Even during what could have been a difficult and painful extraction he put me at ease. He is the first dentist not to admonish me for less than perfect dental hygeine and I've been going to the dentist for 50 plus years! Well done and thank you.

Reception staff have an excellent manner, Janice was especially helpful and reassuring. The practice is clearly well run, clean, organised and they put me at ease which can be a difficult task as I'm a very nervous patient. Amazing practice, fantastic team!I dont think anyone enjoys going to the dentist, but these guys nearly make it enjoyable! The dentist and 2 nurses I saw today were amazing. They're friendly, reassuring and kind.Considering all the extra pressure that the whole team is under at the moment, it is massively appreciated that the level of patient care is still at an all time high.
